Fixed Fees: Where possible we will try to indicate how much we will charge for the work you require. Quoting for work is not a science and can be difficult. Any fixed fees are agreed on the basis that you provide us with all the records that we require to complete the job. We expect the information to be provided as per an agreed timescale and any further answers to queries to be dealt with promptly and as a matter of urgency.

Fee quotes by email or phone: It is difficult to quote for any work via email or over the phone. We prefer to have a face to face meeting at which time we suggest you bring in any records you have along with the system that you currently run. Our attitude is that we work with our clients not for our clients. This means that our relationship with you is two way. The meeting is an informal process of you assessing us and from our point of view confirming that we want to work with you.
